Designed to “bring some light and joy into our community this fall,” participating Irvington locations (including storefronts and eateries) are inviting children to submit original art works that illustrate “positive, inclusive, diverse, and welcoming themes.” The initiative was created by an informal community group including Michael Hanna, Catherine Sun, Jacob Styburski, Douglas McClure, Arlene Burgos, and Beth Ryan.
